How We Handle Reviews
Custom Iron On Patches does not pay for reviews, edit reviews or remove negative reviews. Customer feedback is collected through three channels:
- Trustpilot review invitations sent automatically to customers after dispatch
- Google review prompts included in dispatch confirmation emails
- Direct customer feedback sent to the support team and forwarded to the production manager
Negative reviews are addressed publicly on the platform where they appear. Where the issue can be resolved, the customer is contacted directly to arrange a remake, refund or replacement.
