Artwork digitising – customer artwork is converted to a stitch file or production file by the in-house design team. This service is provided free of charge on every order.
Proofing – a digital proof is sent to the customer within 24 hours. Production does not begin until the proof is approved in writing.
Manufacturing – the patch is produced at the Birmingham workshop using the agreed materials, backing and finish.
